GREECE: Vardas Wins Calvin Klein Rights

Garment retailer Vardas has won the distribution rights for the Calvin Klein and Calvin Klein Sport fashion brands in Greece and Cyprus.

The company, which was awarded the rights in a deal with Italian firm Vestimenta SpA, will begin branch network and wholesale distribution of the products this autumn.

United States-based apparel group Philips-Van Heusen, of which Calvin Klein is a subsidiary, has licensed the designer collections to Vestimenta under a 10-year agreement.

Vardas currently operates 33 retail outlets.
