UNITED STATES: Charlotte Russe Announces Third Quarter 2008 Earnings

Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc., a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties, today announced that the company's conference call to discuss third quarter fiscal 2008 financial results will be broadcast live over the internet on July 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time). The call will be hosted by Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Patti Johnson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The company will release its third quarter fiscal 2008 financial results at approximately 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time), after the close of regular stock market trading hours.
