UNITED STATES: Ironclad Performance Wear to Report Fourth Quarter Financial Results
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25 -- Ironclad Performance Wear Corporation, a leader in high-performance work gloves and apparel for industrial workers, professional craftsmen and consumers, announced that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009 after the close-of-market on Wednesday, March 3, 2010.
A conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and year-end results for 2009 will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time).
The conference call will be hosted by Scott Jarus, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, and will include the participation of Ed Jaeger, Founder; Fred Castro, National Sales Director; and Thomas Kreig, Senior Vice President of Finance.
The conference call will also be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed at ironclad.com. For those unable to participate during the live broadcast, the Webcast will be archived on this site through March 17th, 2010.
The Company's financial results will be posted online at ironclad.com once they are publicly released.
